As the “senior nurse” on the night shift, Sharon Martin uses her 15 years of long term care nursing experience to help the residents enjoy the highest quality of life.  From little things like keeping the noise down at night to avoiding unnecessary “wake ups”, Sharon always puts the residents first.  Her willingness to go the extra mile by coming into work early or taking extra shifts helps to make sure the residents always have the nursing care they need.  Our heartfelt thanks and congratulations go to Sharon for her dedication to the residents of Medicalodges Kinsley.
