Welcome to our website! As employee-owners we are proud to present the information contained in this website. We invite your comments and suggestions concerning its content. Our goal is to make this website user friendly, while presenting a useful tool to assist those who desire more information about Medicalodges or need information concerning issues involving long-term and other care which we provide.
Medicalodges has a rich history of care to our customers, residents, clients, and consumers. We were established over 50 years ago, and since then we have positioned our operations to continue providing quality care and services to our clientele.
Medicalodges presently owns and operates 24 skilled nursing facilities, three assisted living facilities, residential care facilities (res care), two facilities for the developmentally disabled, and various home and community-based services with approximately 2,000 employees in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. These operations make Medicalodges one of the 50 largest nursing home companies operating in the United States. Medicalodges was also the first 100% employee owned long-term care businesses in America (1998).
Being a 100% employee owned operation gives our employees the ability to enhance their retirement income or establish a “nest egg.” Further, it gives us the incentive of providing quality care. Medicalodges is proud to include in this website information concerning the recognition we have received by our communities and our state and national associations that demonstrate the commitment we have made to provide QUALITY CARE to our customers.
