Assisted Living
Gran Villas Assisted Living combines gracious housing amenities with personal and health care services that allow seniors to remain independent and active. Gran Villas residents get assistance with some of their activities of daily living – tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication management. By promoting independence while providing a secure environment, our residents are able to stay active in the community attending functions and social events.
Each resident may furnish their own suite, with access to a private phone line in their suite as well as cable TV. Each Gran Villa is tastefully decorated and designed to allow for privacy in each resident’s suite while creating group settings for activities and dining. Social time and camaraderie are vital to a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle at the Gran Villas.

Residential Care
Residential Care wings are similar to assisted living centers in that they provide a safe and independent living option for seniors, but they are attached to skilled care centers and do not offer kitchenettes. They provide the same services as assisted living, with the added security of knowing that if someone needs skilled nursing care for a short or extended stay, they may receive such services without moving from the campus.
