The Culture Advisory Committee

Medicalodges takes a deliberate approach to nurturing its workplace through a Culture Advisory Committee. This is a cross-functional group that includes employees at every level, from frontline staff to facility administrators to clinical and operational leadership. The Committee focuses on six key areas: Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Quality of Care, Communication, Career Development, and Leadership Development. Members serve two-year terms, ensuring that fresh perspectives are always part of the conversation.
