Every day, employees across our organization go above and beyond for our residents, their colleagues, and the communities we serve. We are proud to celebrate that dedication through two formal award programs, each rooted in the core values that define who we are.

  • Lori continuously pursues excellence. She meets with every client and family to ensure they receive the highest quality care and the best living experience in their home. Lori champions an inclusive and respectful environment by actively seeking input from staff, valuing their expertise and contributions.

  • Michelle is an advocate for residents and their families, always focuses on strong quality outcomes with compassionate, individualized care to each resident. Michelle invests in education and mentorship ensuring staff grow in competence and confidence. 

The Caring Hands Award

The Caring Hands Award honors employees in our nursing facilities, assisted living, New Hope Services, and Community Care Connections who truly embody the Medicalodges spirit. Any employee can nominate a colleague for this award.

Recipients are employees who go beyond the requirements of their role, put residents first, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around them. Quarterly recipients are selected by the Board of Directors and announced in March, June, September, and December. One outstanding recipient is then named the Caring Hands of the Year at our annual stockholder meeting each March.

Quarterly recipients receive a $100 bonus and a Caring Hands certificate. The annual award winner receives a $500 bonus and a Caring Hands plaque. All recipients are celebrated on Medicalodges social media.

Spirit of Service Award

The Spirit of Service Award recognizes the exceptional contributions of our Service Center and Field Services employees. These are the dedicated professionals who support our facilities and make quality care possible behind the scenes. Nominees may be recognized by facility personnel, supervisors, senior leadership, or even external partners, reflecting the broad impact these employees have across the entire organization.

Recipients demonstrate excellence in serving both internal and external customers, take pride in their role at Medicalodges, and contribute meaningfully to the culture and quality of the organization as a whole. Like the Caring Hands Award, quarterly recipients are chosen by the Board of Directors, with an annual Spirit of Service Award of the Year announced each March.
