Financial Assistance
From college degrees in healthcare-related fields to facility administration and wound care certification, as well as professional conferences, we support employees on their educational path.
In fiscal year 2025, Medicalodges invested over $90,000 in employee education, supporting 134 employees in pursuing coursework, certifications, conferences, and other learning opportunities outside of our own internal training.
Medicalodges Academy
For employees pursuing a licensed nursing degree, we offer something even more distinctive. Through our Department of Labor registered apprenticeship program—the Medicalodges Academy—participants have their nursing education paid at 100%. What’s more, they receive their regular hourly wage for time they spend in class. This is a rare opportunity to earn a nursing license without the burden of tuition debt, while continuing to grow within the Medicalodges family. In fact, one of our Directors of Nursing earned her RN degree through the Medicalodges Academy.
Acceptance into the Academy is competitive, with specific criteria and participant limitations.
